How does the colour blue affect our eyes? Blue light is a big part of what we experience on a daily basis, and it has some serious consequences to our health.
The science behind how blue light affects our eyes is still being researched, but we know that blue light exposure can result in eye damage and even cause glaucoma.

Turn off all backlights in your home and work environment, especially at night.
